MinuteKey made the world’s first self-service key duplication machine. They were acquired by Hillman Group in 2018 and now have over 6,300+ highly accurate, reliable, and easy-to-use key-cutting kiosks across the US.
The Problem
The MinuteKey team are pioneers in the unattended space and wanted to find new ways to secure and improve the payments experience for their merchants and customers. They came to Payroc because they needed to migrate an existing estate of kiosks to EMV, they were facing constant billing issues and unnecessarily high PCI compliance fees

MinuteKEY replaced their legacy MSR readers with a secure fleet of unattended EMV certified Ingenico IUC285 devices. Our team of payment experts ran a seamless integration and were able to successfully migrate over 5,000 units within one month and without incident.
