NXGEN is proud to announce that we have promoted Lead Customer Service Specialist, Andrea Rennaker to the position of Sales Operation Manager. Ms. Rennaker’s vast experience with the company has garnered her tremendous respect from both her team and the entire Operations Divison. A large part of Ms. Rennakers immediate efforts will be dedicated to Sales Agents and “streamlining” the entire application process, specific to turnaround time for approval. NXGEN congratulates Ms. Rennaker and looks forward to continued positive results from the entire Sales Operation Team, and to this newly implemented streamlining process.

Also Promoted

Also, effective immediately, Charlie Graff will be moving from his position of Customer Service and promoted to Customer Service Lead Account Specialist. Mr. Graff’s attention to detail, as well as, complete client care has made him a standout within the ranks of the Operations Division. NXGEN recognizes his innate ability to listen and solve issues for our clients in a most professional manner. Charlie Graff has demonstrated a true commitment to Customer Service and is dedicated to the complete satisfaction necessary for NXGEN to compete in today’s most competitive payment environment.

Plans to Expand Operations Division

Ms. Rennaker and Mr. Graff will be collaborating together along with Ms. Lillian Lopez for hiring and training additional staffing to ensure the advancement and experience offered by the NXGEN Operations Division.
